Orca Guardian

Northern coastal Indigenous tribes such as the Tlingit consider the orca whale to be a special guardian of humankind. Calvert Bowannie's wonderful orca whale is carved from black marble and iridescent mother-of-pearl, with inlaid turquoise eyes and a drilled blow hole accent. The great carving is polished to a glossy shine with a smooth feel in hand. About 1 3/4" long, 1 1/4" wide and 3/4" tall.
