Of all the arachnids, spiders form the largest group with more than 3,000 species in North America alone. All spiders are predators. Most spiders have four pairs of eyes arranged in various designs on the front of their head. The hunting spiders eyes are arranged in such a way to enable them to see in all directions at once. Analita Tekala's bright alabaster Spider has three turquoise eyes and measures about 1 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 1/2" tall.
