Sherdine Tsatte's sweet-tempered Mountain-lion (cougar, puma or panther) is carved from sandstone. Among other habitats, mountain lions also thrive in sandstone environments because the landscape's natural formations are ideal for hunting, including the rugged rocky cliffs which give excellent cover and provide den sites. Benevolent eyes are from tiny turquoise inlays, while a long tail conveys a sense of movement as it actively wraps around. About 4 1/4" long, 2" wide and 2 1/2" tall.
