Hiram Peynetsa's extraordinary upright
Bear strolls the evergreen forest. Turquoise inlaid eyes look up a tall tree to see the many birds perched there. Carved from a somewhat weighty pyrite, dimensions of this leisurely walking friend are approximately 2 1/2" tall, 1 3/8" wide and 1 1/2" deep. We love how Hiram used this mineral's natural inclusions to create a cute nose and chin on the creature. Standing bears are regarded as demonstrating strength.
