Smart Sunface Squirrel

Traditional foods heal us as the smart squirrel knows. Acorns are a favorite of these woodland friends, a nutrient-dense superfood. In fact when carefully prepared the right way, acorns are good for us too. Cody Chavez's wonderful squirrel with lively eyes from turquoise inlays is carved from handsome onyx and inlaid with a Zuni Sunface element from coral, jet and turquoise. About 2 1/2" long, 1/2" wide and 3/4" tall.
