By Lisa Little, Acoma

This offering is sold.
Originally used to store precious seeds in the old days, seed potteries continue to be made today and appreciated for their original use as well as beautifully painted designs. Using natural clay and mineral pigments, Acoma Pueblo potter Lisa Little skillfully hand-formed and elegantly hand-painted this approximately 3" long, 3" wide and 1 3/4" tall seed pottery. Signed by the artist. Lisa's mother-in-law is award-winning potter Rachel Concho.
