This beautiful blue sodalite Bear pendant by Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez makes it easy to travel with healing protection where ever you may roam. With a smile on its face and joy in its heart this friendly companion is about 1 1/2" from nose to tail and 1 3/8" long including handmade silver wire bale. The eyes are inlaid Jet. Leland & Daphne Boone
Daphne and Leland Boone's Beaver puts the petal to the metal and gets the job done. A beaver is hardworking and industrious in nature, so good medicine for us to learn from. Carved of sodalite, this red coral-eyed beaver has a lovely cross-hatched tail and a pretty pink mussel shell point offering bundle. About 3" long, 1" wide and 1" tall.
Carved from rich deep blue sodalite with many interesting inclusions this bird by Cheryl Beyuka is truly something special. The graceful sweep of the overall shape is accented by the beautiful necklace of turquoise, clam shell heishe, and natural red coral. This pretty bird is about 4" long, 3" wide, and 2" tall with eyes of inlaid coral. A bird rich in happiness as it is in color, deep happiness.
The Beyuka family was originally well known for their wonderful inlaid jewelry until Cheryl started carving fetishes with the help of Elvis Westika. She then taught her brother Philbert Beyuka, and her son Eli Westika to carve.

Sheldon and Nancy Westika's unforgettable triple strand fetish necklace hosts Bear, bird and bushytail (Coyote, Fox or Wolf) friends, all hand-carved of delicious materials like Picasso marble, turquoise, shell, serpentine, gold lip shell, both red and orange spiny oyster shell, sodalite, leopard marble, antler, magnesite and black lip shell. They all have drilled eyes that are darkened with jet paste, and are strung with fine heishe shell beads. Overall necklace length is about 26" long, while animal's average in length from about 1/2" to 1 3/8".

An extraordinary Corn Maiden carved from sodalite by Zuni Pueblo artist Todd Westika. He inlaid brilliant eyes and a mouth of sterling silver, plus he added finely etched areas of corn kernels, Dragonflies, and corn stalks. With delicately incised hair and an inlaid turquoise necklace, it is about 4" tall, 2" wide and 1" deep, a nice size.
