Daphne & Leland Boone
is backordered. We will ship it separately when it becomes available.
A beautifully polished Mole has been carved from a perfectly placed orthoceras fossil by Daphne and Leland Boone. Fossils uncover hidden pieces of ancient history. Orthoceras lived at a time when the earth was mostly covered in water. We love this mole's long pointy nose and etched eyes. A specialized scent sensor on the tip of the nose assists moles in locating prey. About 3" long, 1 1/4" wide and 5/8" tall.
Kitty cats teach us to love unconditionally and to remain curious. Daphne and Leland Boone's house cat luxuriates and does what it wants. It wears a tiny silver bell so you can keep tabs on your feline friend making sure it's safe. Carved from leopard marble, this gentle pointy-eared feline has turquoise inlaid eyes, a deluxe tail plus etched claws. About 2 1/2" long, 1 1/2" tall and 5/8" wide.
This great hunter uses skill to navigate unnoticed as a mountain lion's presence is usually felt but not seen. Daphne and Leland Boone's quiet Mountain Lion (puma, panther or cougar) with turquoise eyes is presented with an incised tail up and over its backside, in old-style appearance. An iridescent pink mussel shell point offering bundle is secured to the side of this approximately 3 3/8" long, 1" wide and 1 3/4" tall fabulous feline carved from septarian nodule.
Quiet Bobcats are members of the greater cat family prospering because they know how to adapt and change when necessary. Their example in nature teaches us to be creative and progressive, to bring something new into being. Daphne and Leland Boone's smoothly sculpted onyx wildcat has turquoise eyes and can be the inspiration to be the change needed. An iridescent mother-of-pearl point offering is a lovely compliment to the earth-hued stripes within stone. About 2 5/8" long, 5/8" wide and 2" tall.
Badgers are tenacious and strong-willed animals, giving us good animal medicine in regards to our goals. Pressing on and following through is what badgers do and so should we. Daphne and Leland Boone's rhyolite beneath the ground badger has turquoise eyes and is about 3" long, 2 1/4" wide and roughly 1 3/8" tall. Rhyolite is a gorgeous volcanic fine-grained rock.
