Mary C. Lovato, Kewa (Santo Domingo)
is backordered. We will ship it separately when it becomes available.
Mary C. Lovato's jewelry creations are highly collectible! We adore her mosaic hand pin/pendant of vivid coral and turquoise surrounded by sterling silver, then overlaid on a bed of shell. The hand design is a universal symbol of unity and cooperation. It measures about 2 1/4" long and slightly over 2" wide, and is signed by the artist.
Mary C. Lovato is an award-winning Kewa (Santo Domingo) Pueblo jeweler, extremely popular for her attractive mosaic shell work. She has carefully arranged irregular specimens of mother-of-pearl, spiny oyster shell, pen shell, abalone, fossilized ivory, spiny oyster shell, turquoise, and jet atop a bed of melon shell. A striking sterling silver vertical inlay adds another creative element to these post earring. These light and comfortable to wear earrings measure about 1 1/2" long and 7/8" wide at the fullest part.
How can one resist this outrageously gorgeous spiral mosaic pendant where Mary overlaid irregular pieces of jet, sterling silver, red coral, turquoise, and fossilized ivory on a shell? Timeless and elegant, this collectible pendant is about 2 1/2" wide and 2 5/8" long.
