Snail's Pace

A snail's rate of movement is very slow but it also means being patient enough to maintain a steady pace. Kevin Chapman's wonderful Picasso marble snail can be a sweet reminder to take a breather and smell the roses. A spirally coiled shell is nicely worked on either side. Inlaid eyes are from a rich blue turquoise. Measurements of this delightfully gliding mollusk are about 1 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall.
