Ancient orthoceras cephalopods were tentacled hunters capturing food like trilobites and other small marine life making them active predators of Paleozoic seas. They left their mark as fossils now lending a great sense of swiftness to Kenric Laiwakete's
Horse. The larger orthoceras fossil side of the carving has some appealing yellow-greenish hues. Eyes that ride the wind and an alternating heartline are from turquoise inlays. About 5" long, 1/2" wide and 1 5/8" tall.
