Drizzly Morning Roadrunner

Calvert Bowannie's Picasso marble roadrunner is tucked away beneath a sagebrush canopy happily waiting out the welcome rain on a chilly spring morning. The sky is low and grey but when the sun peaks through the clouds, this approximately 2 5/8" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/8" tall turquoise-eyed feathered friend will drop its wings and raise feathers to expose heat-absorbing skin. Soon it'll be on its zippy way.
