Mountain-lion (cougar, puma or panther) is considered the big brother to all the other hunting animals in the Zuni way. And just like a big brother it has a lot to teach us namely by setting a good example and demonstrating boundaries. In nature, mountain lions establish territories. Carved from a spotty tidgilite, Nelson Yatsattie's lovely-tailed feline has turquoise eyes and is crouched at about 3 3/4" long, 1" wide and 1 1/8" tall.
