Forward-leaning strength is brought out in Kenric Laiwakete's marble Bison. He is well-known for stunning multiple heartlines or breath paths meticulously inlaid to animal carvings. A lapis-horned buffalo has one heartline from turquoise and apple coral, while the reverse side showcases a stunning triple turquoise heartline. Sgraffito-etching represents wooly fur and sincere eyes are from turquoise inlays. About 3 1/4" long, 1" wide and 2" tall.
