Sea otters gather in groups staying connected by holding hands or linking their paws together while they sleep. Sometimes they use kelp for anchorage to make sure they don't float away during the night. Kenric Laiwakete's floating otter is carved from enchanting lapis lazuli with pyrite inclusions twinkling like stars. A heartline or breath path and eyes are from turquoise inlays. Little whiskers are sweetly etched. Approximately 3 1/4" long, 7/8" wide and 7/8" tall.
