Baby Hedgehog

Hedgehogs are small mammals with cone-shaped faces, short legs and bodies that are covered with porcupine-like quills. Although similar in appearance, porcupines and hedgehogs are not closely related. Mother hedgehogs are good parents. A single baby hedgehog is adorably called a hoglet. She'll take her hoglets on foraging trips. Jonas Hustito's delightful marble hoglet has turquoise eyes, an upturned snout and nicely incised quills. About 2 1/8" long, 1 1/8" wide and 5/8" tall.
