Owl is called the Night Grandfather. Like a wise elder, an owl uses knowledge and good judgment, seeing what others cannot. An owl symbolizes the need to focus on more than what our physical eyes show us, peering deeper to reveal spiritual marvels. Sculpted from one portion of attractive atlantisite with lilac purple and pale green colors, Brian Yatsattie's jet-eyed raptor is perched at about 3 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide and 4" deep. Atlantisite is a natural combination of green serpentine and stichtite, said to promote environmental harmony as a ground cleanser.
