Woodpile Quail

Quietly pecking for juicy insects and weed seeds among the wood pile, Fabian Tsethlikai's adorable quail is a treat to see foraging. Quails are delightful crested birds, members of the pheasant family. They are wonderful to observe because they walk so elegantly and warm our hearts. Carved from onyx with turquoise inlaid eyes and a topnotch, measurements are about 1 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
