Quietly hunting, Nelson Yatsattie's incredible Picasso marble
Owl with lovely turquoise inlaid eyes hones in on noisy movement across the field maybe a rustling rodent. Owls embody knowledge and good judgement. In Zuni Pueblo tradition an owl is called the Night Grandfather. Nelson blessed this discerning horned raptor with stunningly etched plumage. Dimensions are approximately 2 3/4" tall, roughly 1 3/4" wide and 2 5/8" deep. What a wonderful desk companion.
