Lorandina Sheche carved a wonderful old-style Eagle (or Hawk) pairing from a colorful alabaster. She descends from the late Theodore Kucate family of amazing Zuni artists. Visionary eyes are from turquoise inlays. A segment of branch red coral and turquoise accent etched "X" designs which are meant to represent wings. About 3 1/2" long, 1 5/8" wide and 1 1/2" tall. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this eagle fetish will go to the Zuni Eagle Sanctuary.
