This offering is sold.
Self-taught artist Dillon Cheama is inspired by his mother Joanne Cheama and young Albuquerque jewelry artists who are creating interesting and innovative chains. He's focused on building a signature style that includes distinctive chains with special details. Dillon is well on his way with a gorgeous sterling silver necklace that hosts intricate petit point bezels housing precious old Kingman turquoise pieces surrounded by tiny twisted silver borders and flower accents. The Kingman turquoise mine in Arizona is the last remaining commercially producing mine in the United States. The handmade necklace features a stunning chain with double jump rings that allow for wonderful sinuous movement. About 22 3/4" long, while the center station is approximately 2 1/8" long including bales and 2 1/8" wide. The side stations are about 2 1/8" long and 1 1/8" wide. Signed by the artist.
