A local Zuni travertine Bison is sculpted by Vince Chavez. We love the gorgeous crystalline inclusions throughout the indigenous stone especially the section on the bison's back and whipped up tail. Bison give generously providing physical and spiritual nourishment for Indigenous Peoples. Their sacred presence summons snowfall and brings prosperity to all. Powerful horns and turquoise inlaid eyes adorn this approximately 2 3/8" long, 1" wide and 1 3/8" tall bovine.
