Abraham Peina grew up submersed in art. His father is Zuni carver Larry Peina and mother Charlotte Poblano-Peina is a noted jeweler. He was the 2021 Goodman Fellowship Recipient from the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture in Santa Fe, NM. Abraham has been making jewelry for years now continually stunning us with one of a kind creations. He's also a generous soul regularly giving back to the community through food drives and other wonderful efforts.
His latest offering is a fabulous heart-themed pendant which would make a cherished gift for Valentine's Day which is just around the corner. Vibrant and luxurious cabochons include lapis lazuli with lovely bits of pyrite inclusions, refreshing bumblebee jasper, iridescent abalone, branch red coral, 14K gold and a faceted lavender sapphire. We love the contemporary nature of this approximately 1 5/8" long and 2 1/2" wide sterling silver designer's pendant. Signed by the artist.
