Bear has been carved from ricolite. The handsome layers are like a miniature mesa with a flat top and steep slopes on all sides, telling a geologic story of ancient time. The mineral has a great energy as do the turquoise eyes of this approximately 2 1/2" long, 1" wide and 7/8" tall friend.
