A gentle spring breeze dances around Claudia Peina's Maiden carved from antler. She watches the clouds take shape in the sky, calling them out as she sees them. The soft wind teases her long tresses. Facial features are from jet paste and red coral. A tiny naja or crescent necklace is inlaid from turquoise pieces. A nature-inspired shawl is etched and accented with many turquoise, red coral and pen shell pieces set among perhaps a Butterfly in a Zuni garden. About 3 1/2" tall, 1 3/4" wide and 3/4" deep.
