A rain-loving Frog by Eddington Hannaweeke has lovely eyes from coral that look to the sky to summon moisture. In Zuni traditional ways, frogs are regarded as important rain-bringing fetishes, associated with abundance, fertility and cleansing. Carved from surfite, this amazing water creature friend hops in at roughly 2 1/2" tall, 1" wide and 1 1/4" deep. Surfite is an upcycled resinous material from custom surf board manufacturing resulting in a delightful array of colorful layers.
