Transitioning light and subtle changes in the air signal autumn's eventual arrival for a bull Elk who will soon bugle for a mate from the high alpine meadows. He repeats the bugling again and again in an attempt to seduce female or cow elk to join the bulls’ harem. Salvador Romero's essential carving from found stone celebrates an inspiring elk's seasonal instincts in an approximate 5 3/8" long, 5/8" wide and 3 1/2" tall piece. A rack of carved antlers supported by a strong muscular neck are elegantly presented.
