Gazing at this Morado opal
Bear by Christopher Sandoval is a dreamy experience. The silica and small amounts of fluorite within the mineral contribute to its hypnotic plum hue. Mined in central Mexico, Morado opal's Spanish name means purple. Some regard purple as a healing color. Inquisitive turquoise eyes are inlaid to a turned head. About 1 5/8" tall, 1 1/4" wide and 1 3/8" deep.
