Turtle is comfortable where ever it goes as a protective home or carapace is always with it. Their example in nature teaches us that home is where the heart is. Carved from a beautiful cowry shell, this turquoise-eyed reptile has an amazingly etched body. Many turquoise inlays adorn it. James Panteah's parents are noted Zuni Pueblo carvers Abby and Clayton Panteah. About 3 1/2" long, 2 1/2" wide and 2" tall.
