Courageous Roadrunner

Roadrunners are spunky and feisty birds who live in desert regions. These terrestrial cuckoos are tough customers who defend their territory and nests against potential threats. They mate for life too. Bernie Laselute carves fabulous roadrunners as seen in Picasso marble. Eyes are from turquoise inlays, while a beak and crest are nicely done. Tail feathers are extra exquisite. About 2 1/2" long, 3/4" wide and 1" tall.
