This offering is sold.

From the banks of the Narmada River in India, sacred Shiva Lingam stones are held as revitalizing and stabilizing among other attributes. They are associated with the Sacral Chakra. Their natural oval shapes formed by tumbling in the river for thousands of years. Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez carved a Corn Maiden from one of these special stones. Interestingly the first carving she made at a very young age was a Corn Maiden. Corn kernels are etched while an overlaid soothing face is from iridescent gold lip shell. Features are filled with jet paste. A turquoise cabochon adorns. Hovering dragonfly companions and stars adorn an ultra smooth shawl. About 2 3/8" tall, 1 1/8" wide and 1 1/8" deep.
