A lively autumn breeze dances around Claudia Peina's Maiden carved from antler. She watches the clouds take shape in the sky, calling them out as she sees them. The soft wind teases long tresses. Happy facial features are from jet paste and a red coral inlay. A tiny naja or crescent-shaped necklace and little earrings are from turquoise inlays. Many pen shell, turquoise and coral pieces accent a warm shawl or blanket. About 3" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 7/8" deep.
