Smoky mother-of-pearl has naturally darkened areas beautifying etched hair and areas of this Zuni Grandmother's incised fringe shawl. It is also adorned with star elements. Facial features are from overlaid gold lip shell, filled with jet paste. Red coral accents adorn as she dances to the beat of the traditional drum. About 3" tall, 2 3/4" wide and 3/4" deep by Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez.
