Kenric Laiwakete's
Medicine-bear is carved from an ammonite which is the fossilized chambered shell of a cephalopod mollusk from prehistory. They thrived in waters from the Devonian to the Cretaceous periods. Engaged eyes and a handsome heartline from turquoise are skillfully set to the fossiliferous marble. Two smooth circular indentations near the bottom of this fabulous carving fits fingers nicely perhaps like a thumbprint, worry stone or fidget spinner. About 1 3/4" long, 1/2" wide and roughly 1 3/4" tall.
