Adorable Bird Hatchling

Bird nesting season usually begins in the spring. Much time and energy is put into a successful nesting. Some birds arrive after a long journey from wintering grounds. Then they've got to build secure nests, find good food sources and look for a mate. Austin Yatsattie's sweet serpentine hatchling is a result of good bird parents. Endearing eyes are closely set from turquoise, while little claws hold on tight. Measurements are about 3 1/2" long, 5/8" wide and 2" tall.
