Wonderful Prairie Dog

Prairie dogs are important contributors to the ecosystem. They help aerate the soil and aid the germination of seeds. They got their name because their warning call sounds very much like a barking dog. Sedrick Banteah's Picasso marble prairie dog is upright and communicative. It has little drilled ears. Alert eyes of turquoise are set into this approximate 1 5/8" tall, 3/4" wide and 7/8" deep carving.
