Alexander Chavez's
Fox (
Coyote or
Wolf) is carved from appetizing watermelon serpentine, about 2 1/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/8" tall, with discerning eyes of inlaid turquoise. This shrewd and smart canine also has turquoise inlaid accents. The fox (Łanako) is often called “sly,” and this quality may be attributed to the way it camouflages itself while silently observing the world around it.
