Frankie Poblano Chattin comes from the greater Teddy Weahkee (d) family of outstanding Zuni artists. His parents are jewelers and carvers Jovanna Poblano and Daniel Chattin. Smoothly sculpted from a versatile portion of Picasso marble is this old-style bird with wide eyes of inlaid turquoise. Because each side of this marble is so unique, it's like getting two feathered friends in one. A fine heishe shell, turquoise, faceted carnelian and peridot bead offering bundle is plentiful and gorgeous. About 2 1/2" long, 1 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall.
