With a belly full of salmon, a Bear
finds a perfect napping spot under a tree in the forest. Carved by Zuni Pueblo artist
Elise Westika, the cottonwood bear has wonderfully expressive face which is hand-painted with acrylic paints. Both the bear and the tree sit on a cottonwood base and are finely texturized. The bear totes a turquoise bead offering bundle. The piece measures about 5 1/2" long, 3" wide by 5" tall and is signed by the artist.
