Stable On Rocky Ground Ram

By Amos Pino, Dine (Navajo)

Animal: Bighorn Sheep, Material: Fluorite
This offering is sold.
Bighorn sheep have an uncanny ability to "pinch" their toes together, making it possible for them to not only be stable on steep, rocky ground but to actually make head way going where others dare not. An attribute to be admired. Amos Pino carved this stable ram from a gorgeous piece of fluorite that is reminiscent to a high alpine glacier. About 3 1/4" long and 2 1/4" tall with eyes of inlaid coral.
