Riding with the ocean's current, Loren Tsalabutie's Petoskey stone sea
Turtle goes with the flow. He etched an amazing carapace into this rich fossilized coral with a classic shell pattern. Kindly eyes are from pen shell set into a nicely turned head. These important and endangered ocean reptiles spend a lot of time near the surface of the water as they're air breathers. When they nest ashore, hatched eggshell and nesting remnants nourish beaches and make them strong. About 3 3/8" long, 2 1/2" wide and 1" tall.
