Carved from a naturally curvaceous gold lip shell specimen is this reversible Corn-maiden by Gloria Chattin. Their facial features are incised and darkened with jet paste, and growing Corn stalks are etched. Many incised Dragonfly friends are present. Incised corn kernels are overlaid with red coral, spiny oyster shell and lapis circular accents. These lovely corn maidens are presented on a sodalite base with crushed coral. A nice size at about 3 3/4" tall, 2" wide and 1 1/2" deep.
