This offering is sold.

Inspired of ancient pot sherds found on her homelands, Acoma Pueblo elder and potter Rachel Concho uses rich mineral pigments to intricately hand-paint designs such as a lovely quail and watery fish on her approximate 2 1/2" tall and 3 3/8" in diameter dazzling seed pottery. Seed pots were originally designed and used as seed-storing vessels, keeping them safe from hungry beings. Rachel is an award-winning artist who was taught to make pottery by her mother Santana Cerno. Hand-coiled with natural clay, this must-have piece is signed by the artist.
