Carved from fossilized coral that formed during the Devonian period about 420 to 360 million years ago around Petoskey, Michigan, this amazing Turtle (or tortoise) shows a turquoise-eyed determination that's inspiring. Petoskey stone looks like common limestone but under the lapidarian skills of Rosella and Loubert Soseeah, an incredible pattern emerges. A gorgeous size at about 6" long, 4 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" tall.
