Todd Westika's corn maiden is carved of a fascinating specimen of orthoceras. Orthoceras was an ancient mollusk that lived more than 400 million years ago. Her body is incised with corn kernels, corn stalks, and Dragonfly elements, while her eyes and mouth are inlaid with sterling silver. With inlaid turquoise around her neck, this unique and detailed carving measures about, about 5 1/2" tall and 1" long.
