Nomadic African Lion

Armond Sandoval's wonderful young male African lion has left the pride and begins a period of nomadism to eventually establish a family of its own. Armond smoothly sculpted this great cat from Zuni travertine with soft wavy furrow lines representing a growing mane, plump paws and a powerful long tail. Eyes from tiger's eye express curiosity as it learns the lay of the land. About 3 1/4" long, 2" wide and 2 1/2" tall.
