The Zuni Pueblo people call the Owl “the Night Grandfather” because he does his work at night. Brian Yatsattie's gorgeous owl is carved of motor agate, or Fordite, a recycled material from hardened paint by way of automobile factories. This nocturnal raptor is about 2" tall and 1 1/8" long, with watchful eyes of inlaid jet.
