This fine roadrunner is carved of a beauteous specimen of Picasso marble, which mimics the natural black and brown colors seen in these birds. Travis Lasiloo is a master carver realistically and captivatingly depicting any animal subject he carves. This feathered friend has gorgeously detailed feathers and an awesome beak! Did you know roadrunners are capable of limited flight? However they spend most of their time on the ground. The roadrunner is New Mexico's state bird. About 4 3/8" long, 1 1/2" deep and 3 1/2" tall.
