Mountain Lion Shows Us How

By Chad Quandelacy

Animal: Mountain Lion, Material: Watermelon Serpentine
This offering is sold.

This handsome Mountain-lion is presented to us by Chad Quandelacy. It's carved of a fascinating watermelon serpentine with a natural dark line inclusion that runs from the tip of the nose over the back and around back to the nose. Inlaid with turquoise eyes and an alternating heartline. The heartline represents the breath or essence of an animal. We love how he carved its long tail on the side. A mountain lion's medicine is about setting good examples, mountain lion shows us how. About 3 1/2" long, 7/8" wide, and 2 1/4" tall.

Chad is the son of carvers Stewart Quandelacy and Priscilla Lasiloo.
