Appaloosa Horses originally came from a variety of spotted Spanish equines that were traded then bred by the Nez Perce Native Americans. They are also known as the Nez Perce Horse. These charming and flashy horses are beloved all over the world. Peter Sohappy's approximate 4 1/4" long, 1 1/8" wide and 3 1/4" tall equine friend carved from a found stone, with drilled eyes and lovely rump spots, celebrates this beautiful kind of pony.
